Experience Mediterranean cuisine made with love for generations. Lebanese cuisine has a long history of fresh, organic ingredients. The Lebanese culture is known for its warm hospitality and joys of sharing one's food with others. "Sahtein" is an expression often used by Middle Easterners. The literal translation is wishing someone to have twice their health. Sahtein is an expression of welcoming the sharing of a meal. Listen for this expression at the Festival!
